In compliance with AIM rules Eastern Platinum Limited reports that it was notified on May 23rd, 2007 of the following transaction by a director in the Company's common shares. Between May 16th and May 23rd, 2007, Mr. Ian Rozier, President and CEO of the Company sold 925,000 common shares in the Company on the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") at an average price of C$2.50 per share.
