Mr. Rozier is President and Chief Executive Officer of Vancouver-based Newport Exploration Ltd. and was President and CEO of Eastern Platinum from September 2003 until January 31, 2016. He is a Professional Geologist with over 35 years of experience in the mining industry.
Mr. Rozier was formerly a mine geologist with Johannesburg-based Gold Fields, one of the world’s largest gold miners, working on several deep gold mines in South Africa. He was also a partner of Golder Associates, an international consulting firm, working on mining projects in Canada, the UK, the US, South America, Europe and East Asia before establishing his own geological consulting firm in 1987. As a consultant he brokered several advanced exploration projects to Australian mining companies before becoming involved as a principal shareholder in Canadian junior mining companies with projects in Canada, South America, the Philippines, Indonesia and Australia. Mr. Rozier has also served in executive, consulting and director roles with several publicly traded mining companies.
He earned a Masters Degree in engineering geology (1978) from Durham University and a B.Sc. (Honours) degree in mining geology from the University of South Wales (Cardiff).

Mr. Roberts is the lead director of Eastern Platinum Limited.
Mr. Roberts has been a fund manager and investment advisor in the international mining industry and has been involved in mining finance for more than 25 years. He began his career as a geologist with companies in the United Kingdom and North Africa before becoming an investment manager specializing in the resources sector in 1980. He subsequently held a number of senior positions with financial institutions in London, UK, prior to his retirement in 2012.
Among his considerable experience as a public company director, since 2008 Mr. Roberts has been an independent director of Agnico-Eagle Mines Ltd., listed on both the New York and Toronto Stock Exchanges with a market capitalization of more than $12 billion (as at May 2016).
Mr. Roberts is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (1980), and holds an M.Sc. in Geochemistry from Oxford University (1972) and a B.Sc. degree in Geology from Liverpool University (1971).
John R. Hawkrigg
Mr. Hawkrigg is a Chief Sales Officer of HKMB International Insurance Brokers, Canada's largest privately owned commercial insurance brokerage, and has over 20 years experience in the insurance industry. He holds a B.A. from McMaster University in Ontario, Canada.

Mr. Keep is currently Chief Executive Officer of Vancouver-based Fiore Management and Advisory Corp. a financial advisory company where he is responsible for equity financings, corporate structures in creation of new natural resource companies, public company administration and mergers and acquisitions. His career in corporate finance has spanned over 25 years.
During his career, Mr. Keep has been involved in creating significant mining companies including Goldcorp Inc., UrAsia Energy Ltd, Silver Wheaton, Pacific Rubiales Energy Corp and dozens more. He has assisted in the raising of in excess of $3 billion in capital and participated in M&A transactions in excess of $7 billion in total value. /p>
Previously, he held positions as Senior Vice President of Lions Gate Entertainment Corp. and Vice President of Corporate Finance with Yorkton Securities Inc., both based in Vancouver.
Mr. Keep has an MBA from the University of British Columbia (1983) and a B.Sc. in Geological Sciences from Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario (1979).
Robert J. Gayton

Dr. Gayton is a Chartered Accountant and financial consultant. Since 1987, Dr. Gayton has directed the accounting and financial matters of a number of public companies in the resource and non-resource fields.
He currently Chairs the Audit Committee of both Nevsun Resources, which operates a producing mine in Africa and has a market capitalization of more than $800 million (as at May 26, 2016), and B2Gold, which operates the producing Otjikoko gold mine in Namibia and has development projects in Mali and Burkina Faso and has a market capitalization of more than $2.3 billion (as at May 26, 2016). He is also the lead independent director of Amerigo Resources, a copper and molybdenum producer in Chile, and has also served as Vice President, Finance for numerous other companies in the resource sector including Noramco Mining, Prime Resources and Western Silver.
For more than a decade Dr. Gayton provided audit and consulting services to private and public company clients as a partner with Peak Marwick Mitchell (now KPMG), and also spent a decade on the Faculty of Business Administration at the University of British Columbia.
Dr. Gayton is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of BC (1994), and has also received the organization’s Lifetime Achievement Award. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario (1979). He earned a Ph.D. in Business from the University of California, Berkeley (1973) and a B. Comm. from the University of British Columbia (1962).
Gregory M. Cameron

Mr. Cameron is President of Colby Capital Limited, a private merchant bank in Toronto. He has worked in the finance industry for 19 years with a focus on small and mid-capitalization companies in North America and abroad.
He has held senior positions in investment banking at Canaccord Capital (SVP Investment Banking), MGI Securities (Founder) and Macquarie Capital Markets Canada, formerly Orion Securities (SVP Investment Banking). As an investment banker for the past 16 years, he has worked on hundreds of equity, debt, mergers and acquisitions and restructuring transactions.
Mr. Cameron has served on numerous public company boards as an independent director, executive chairman, and head of the audit committee.
He is a graduate of Saint Mary’s University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada with a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Accounting and holds numerous financial industry designations.
